The below diagram is the procedure you must go through in making the necessary steps to get your blood tested with Phil Richards the leading fat loss expert in the UK if you want to start your road to a leaner healthier body.
Days of the week for the blood draw?
Clients should only have their blood collected Monday to Thursday. All samples must be shipped the same day and be received by our laboratory no later than Friday. Restrictions will apply where the last working day of the week is a national holiday in the UK (Mainland).
We will send the relevant test kits to you., for you to take to your clinic of choice. Please note that the phlebotomy draw is done at your cost at your local clinic normally around £20-£30. You are responsible for finding a phlebotomist not PRP.
The results will take 10 to 14 working days after the blood draw.
Your consultation can then be done between the hours of 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday - Thursday, over Skype there will be no other form of consultation available. After the consultation, you will receive a fully comprehensive report on your blood markers, nutrition plan, supplement plan, exercise suggestions, lifestyle recommendations and if any red flags are found in your blood you will be recommended to see your GP or health care provider.
Do not eat or drink anything except water for 12 hours before having your blood taken, this also includes to temporarily stop taking any supplements as it would affect the blood test, but ask your healthcare professional for advice first before you stop any medications or supplements.
Make sure you are well hydrated before you have your blood taken, as drinking water will not only make you feel better whilst fasting but will also make a smoother blood draw.
For females that are menstruating to take note of what day into their cycle they're on when getting their blood drawn.
You can choose any location you like to collect your blood, but they must have a "centrifuge" on site as part of the blood separation process.
Once you have had your blood drawn you will need to take your blood sample to a Royal Mail Post Office soon as possible, using the pre-paid label that is provided in your blood kit pack.
