caution

With our new improved formula, it now contains L-Tyrosine, Trimethylglycine, Arginine Alphaketoglutarate, Beta Alanine and D-Aspartic Acid with BCAAs, L-Glutamine, Creatine, L-Carnitine, Bioperine, Caffeine, MCTs and added Vitamin C, making the HIIT Fuel taking your workouts to the next level.

WHY HAVE HIIT FUEL?

This workout shake has an incredible mix of nutrients designed to take your energy and focus to another level allowing you to push through the pain barrier increasing your performance and results.  HIIT Fuel will also increase your ability to recover after exercise and reduce muscle soreness which allows you to train more frequently and make better gains.

BEHIND THE KEY INGREDIENTS

Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) are the building blocks of protein, which are included among the nine essential amino acids. These are essential because the human body cannot produce them and must acquire them from protein food sources

The BCAAs, leucine, isoleucine and valine comprise nearly 35% of the amino acids making up your skeletal muscle. The main function of BCAAs is to stimulate protein synthesis, which is the process of building proteins by the cells within the body. This prevents muscle breakdown after training from inhibiting the growth of lean, strong muscle mass.

Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT’s) is a form of high saturated fatty acid that naturally occurs in coconut oil and palm kernels, but unlike long-chain triglycerides (LCT’s) which are found in most foods, MCT's are easier to digest. When MCT’s are consumed they get absorbed differently than other fatty acids (for example, LCTs) as they bypass the digestion process in total, they get absorbed into the blood stream and get transported to the liver to provide your body with quick and direct energy.

L-Glutamine is a non-essential amino acid, but that doesn’t mean it’s not beneficial. When you exercise, your body break down amino acids in your muscles, this is called catabolism, and because glutamine is one of the most abundant amino acids within the body, the levels of glutamine can be significantly depleted after exercise, making the restoration of this amino acid that got diminished during your workout essential.

Carnitine is another naturally-occurring compound that is technically speaking, not an amino acid. It is actually a dipeptide made from the essential amino acids lysine and methionine, which in the result of this often gets classed as a conditionally essential amino acid.

Creatine is a nitrogen-containing organic compound naturally produced in the human body, but can also be obtained through a dietary source such as fish and meat, however, would require you to consume excessive amounts to achieve what can be provided in a single product. Creatine Monohydrate has been proven to increase physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise and is ideal for sports which require high-intensity, explosive movements such as bodybuilders, powerlifters and sprinters.

Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) is a water-soluble vitamin, which means the body doesn’t store this vitamin, so you will need to have them more frequently. This vitamin is necessary for the growth, development and repair of all body tissues. It's involved in many body functions, including the formation of collagen, absorption of iron, the immune system, wound healing, and the maintenance of cartilage, bones, and teeth.

Beta Alanine is one of the naturally occurring beta amino acids, although it's non-essential it has quickly become anything but non-essential in the worlds of performance nutrition and bodybuilding.  This is a modified version of the amino acid alanine and works with L-Histidine to help increase Carnosine concentration in the skeletal muscle. Beta-alanine is also famous for producing tingling and flushing effect on the skin which is a perfectly normal reaction by the body and not harmful, it's been considered to be motivating by some individuals.

D-Aspartic Acid (DAA) is the D-form of the amino acid aspartic acid and is produced naturally in the body from the non-essential amino acid L-Aspartic Acid. Within the human body, it is found in high concentrations in areas where hormone production takes place. The hypothalamus, pituitary gland and the testes all have high concentrations of D-Aspartic Acid.

Taurine is often referred to as an amino acid, but it’s actually an amino sulfonic acid, as it’s a by-product of the sulphurous amino acids cysteine and methionine. It is a naturally occurring chemical that can be found throughout the body but can also naturally found in some food sources as well, such as eggs, milk, seafood, and meat. This is found to be a higher level of concentration in certain parts of the body such as the eyes, central nervous system, and skeletal muscles.

Caffeine is a popular pre-workout ingredient since caffeine as we know it is a powerful stimulant, mostly known for its ability to provide a boost of energy and increase mental alertness.

(This ingredient is excluded in the caffeine-free version of this product.)

BioPerine® is a patented extract obtained from black pepper fruits (Piper nigrum) standardised minimum to 95% Piperine, which has been used as a bioavailability enhancer for over 20 years. Black pepper has been used in human diet from ancient times and is one of the most widely used spices throughout the world. It has also been used in various traditional medicines, preservatives and health supplements.

Trimethylglycine or TMG is also more commonly referred to as betaine (BEET-ah-een). For the chemists, as the name implies it is a trimethyl derivative of the common amino acid glycine. TMG is commonly found in our diet in beets (that’s where the name betaine came from), whole grains, spinach and shellfish.

TMG one of its primary functions in the body is to act as an ‘osmolyte’ and increase water retention of cells. It migrates in and out of cells to preserve cellular hydration state. Like creatine, a higher cellular trimethylglycine concentration can help preserve cell structure and make the cell more resilient to stress.

TMG (Trimethylglycine) is known to facilitate methylation processes.

Methylation is a normal biological process that is critical for DNA repair, liver detoxification mechanisms, lipid metabolism, and the production of SAMe.

It is also an important step in the conversion of homocysteine, a damaging amino acid, into a more friendly amino acid, methionine. Supplementation with TMG has been shown in clinical and non-clinical studies to support healthy homocysteine levels already within normal range.

Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (AAKG) is a salt of the amino acid arginine and alpha-ketoglutaric acid and plays an important role in nitric oxide (NO) activity and blood flow. Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (AAKG) is a cell volumizer which leads to greater delivery of nutrients into the muscles.

Tyrosine is considered a non-essential amino acid and is formed from phenylalanine in the body. Because L-tyrosine is a precursor of Dopamine, supplementing with L-tyrosine may heighten mental alertness, increase feelings of well-being, decrease feelings of depression, and offset physical and mental fatigue. Members of the obese population may benefit from supplemental L-tyrosine. The thyroid is responsible for the manufacture of T-cells. L-tyrosine influences the manufacture of thyroxin (T-cells), which influences basal metabolic rate. Because of this, L-tyrosine may prove effective for weight loss.

WHEN WOULD I USE IT?

This is a powerful workout supplement that is most effective when taking ½ scoop in 500 ml of water 15 mins before training on empty stomach and then take another ½ scoop in 500 ml of water 20 mins into your training session and drink throughout the session.
