- Product Description
The blood chemistry analysis that Phil Richards offers who is the UK's leading Fat Loss expert is geared towards one goal and that is to correlate the correct information about you so that Phil can devise a plan that maximises fat loss safely, effectively and for the long term.
My Expertise is fat loss & Sports Performance and if you want results then stop guessing what your problem is and get your blood tested so that you know 100% what the problem is so that you can fix it! The reason why I studied and gained qualifications in blood chemistry analysis was quite simple, I was absolutely fed up with guessing what to give to my clients/athletes, whilst wanting to be 100% precise on what I was recommending was exactly what they needed to drop any excess body fat and to improve their performance.
The blood chemistry analysis that I perform takes away the guesswork from what diet you should be on, what supplements you need, what hormones may be necessary and what training will be the most beneficial to drop fat safely, effectively and long term as well as increasing sporting performance. Instead, this blood chemistry analysis with myself will look at 85 blood markers, and I will be able to tell you precisely why you are not getting results and what you need to be doing today, to get the results you want tomorrow.
WE DON'T GUESS, WE TEST!
To achieve safe, effective & long term fat loss & performance you must optimise your hormones and metabolism. From the blood chemistry analysis that I perform we can see what hormones you are struggling with and that could be hindering your results and how well your metabolism is functioning. This is absolutely priceless information to have and this is 100% essential for maximising fat loss & enhancing your performance. I’ve written the most comprehensive book on fat loss over 730 pages called the science of fat loss and I don’t write this to blow my own trumpet, I’m saying this because my extensive research clearly shows that losing excess fat has very little to do with exercise and calories, but much more to do with optimising hormones & metabolism.

Days of the week for the blood draw?
Clients should only have their blood collected Monday to Thursday. All samples must be shipped the same day and be received by our laboratory no later than Friday. Restrictions will apply where the last working day of the week is a national holiday in the UK (Mainland).
If you are having your blood drawn at a clinic near to you we will send the relevant test kits to you. Please note on this option that the phlebotomy draw is done at your cost at your local clinic normally around £20. You are responsible for finding a phlebotomist not PRP.
The results will take 10 to 14 working days after the blood draw.
Your consultation can then be done between the hours of 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday - Thursday, over Skype there will be no other form of consultation available. After the consultation, you will receive a fully comprehensive report on your blood markers, nutrition plan, supplement plan, exercise suggestions, lifestyle recommendations and if any red flags are found in your blood you will be recommended to see your GP or health care provider.
Do not eat or drink anything except water for 12 hours before having your blood taken, this also includes to temporarily stop taking any supplements as it would affect the blood test, but ask your healthcare professional for advice first before you stop any medications or supplements.
Make sure you are well hydrated before you have your blood taken, as drinking water will not only make you feel better whilst fasting but will also make a smoother blood draw.
For females that are menstruating to take note of what day into their cycle they're on when getting their blood drawn.
You can choose any location you like to collect your blood, but they must have a "centrifuge" on site as part of the blood separation process. If you can't find anywhere to get your blood drawn we can do it at our Malvern clinic with our fully qualified phlebotomist.
Once you have had your blood drawn you will need to take your blood sample to a Royal Mail Post Office soon as possible, using the pre-paid label that is provided in your blood kit pack.
To find the closest post office near you, visit www.postoffice.co.uk/branch-finder to search over 11,000 branches across the UK.
We have also added Reverse T3 & T3 Uptake to our blood chemistry analysis making this the most comprehensive blood testing panel in the UK.
